Running Global Queries

A global query is launched without a specified starting point (that is, without starting objects or a starting set) and can be run from the Panel Navigation view or the list of queries.

To run a global query from the Panel Navigation view

• Double-click the query in the left frame. The results display in the right frame. See Query Results.

To run a global query from the list of queries

1. Click the All Queries button (see Left Frame Toolbars). A list of all available queries displays in the right frame.
2. Double-click or right-click the name of the query and select Run Query on the shortcut menu. The results display in the right frame.
