Using Queries

These are the two query execution modes:

• Global, which is executed on the entire becubic repository.
• Contextual, which is executed on a selected object.

You can define each query to run in a single mode, or in both modes.

Each user has a specific Welcome Panel that contains queries and, optionally, subpanels and other items (for example, shortcuts to files, URLs, or data propagation definitions). The Welcome Panel associated with your user name displays when you connect to a becubic repository. Queries are grouped in folders.

To open a folder and display a list of the queries it contains

• Click the plus sign (+) on the left of the panel folder icon (see Icons).
