System Roles

Owner

Each repository contains a system role called Owner. When a user is defined as the Owner of an object, this role takes precedence over any other role.

Within the Owner role, permissions are granted or denied. When defined as the Owner of an object, the user automatically inherits these predefined permissions without the becubic administrator having to specifically associate the role with this user. See Defining the Owner of an Object.

Everyone

Each repository also contains a system role called Everyone, and all users inherit this role. By default, it allows them to access only user objects in read-only mode. For example, users can read analysis objects or queries, but they cannot read administration or system objects (for example, models or graphics).

If you want to change the rights and limitations of users with no specific role, you can modify the permissions for the Everyone role.

The Everyone role loses its rights and limitations when you decide to associate with one or more other roles.

You cannot remove system roles.
