Defining a Localized APM Application Name

You can localize APM Application names in any national language that is supported by the international language code standard (see the topic Adding a Locale for details). The Application names display dynamically in the appropriate language, in accordance with the regional setting of the client station.

You can specify a national language setting by inserting:

-nl LanguageCode

into the command that launches the Eclipse client (in the becubic.BAT file, which is stored in the Eclipse subdirectory of becubic installation), as shown here:

start eclipse\eclipse.exe -nl LanguageCode -data...

where LanguageCode is an international language code (for example, en for standard English, en_US for US English, or fr for standard French).

To open the BAT file, right-click becubic in the Start menu, and select Edit.

Do not make any other changes to the existing command line or you no longer will be able to launch becubic client.

If no existing localized value matches the language setting of the client station, standard English value is assumed. If no standard English locale was defined (see the topic Adding a Locale for details), becubic displays the default display name whose Locale parameter value is <None>.
