Personal Information Item

A Personal Information item represents an element of personal information (for example, a person's name, preferred color, etc.). To represent an entity (for example, a person), several Personal Information items are grouped together under a PI Structure item.

A Personal Information item can be referred by multiple PI Structure items.

Attributes

The Personal Information item type has these attributes:

When generating a report on personal information, the attributes with asterisk (*) will be included only if you select the Detailed information option check box.

In combination with Links to other PI It might be that only a combination of several PIs makes a PI sensitive (for example, combination of First Name and Last Name is sensitive).
Sensitive combined Links from other PI Only available other PI links to current PI to express sensitivity in combination.
Category Genetic, Racial, Political, Criminal Conviction and Offense, etc.  
Classification Confidential, Secret, Internal Use

Cascade filter Filter in SDCAC syntax to filter items in the cascade process. The cascade process follows from the current PI via the explicitely defined data elements to other items through the end-to-end data lineage.
Cascaded to Links to items that are detected in the cascade process or added manually.  
Ignored from cascaded to Links to item that were detected in the cascade process, but manually declared as irrelevant.
