ServiceNow Schema

  1. Click the Authoring tab and select Schemas.

  2. On the Definitions tab, select New ServiceNow Schema. The ServiceNow Schema new tab appears.

  3. In the General section, enter the descriptive name for the schema.

  4. In the Type field, select the ServiceNow issue type from the drop down.

  1. In the ServiceNow Fields section, select ServiceNow Fields Add Fields and select the right Agent from the list that appears.

  2. In the pop-up that appears select the fields that are necessary to create this issue.

  3. Click Save.
