Accessing Milestone History Reports

Milestone History reports display history processing data for the selected milestone within the specified date range.

To access the history report

  1. Select the Milestones in the Operations.
  2. Right-click the milestone on which you want to report and select Milestone History from the context menu.

The Item History Filter displays.

  1. Specify the report start date by entering the date manually (mm/dd/yyyy) or by clicking the down arrow and selecting the date from the displayed calendar.
By default, the Starting from field is enabled (check box selected) with a date set to one week before the current date. If you disable field the report covers the lifetime of the selected item.
  1. Specify the report end date by entering the date manually (mm/dd/yyyy) or by clicking the down arrow and selecting the date from the displayed calendar.
By default, the Until field is enabled (check box selected) with a date set to one the current date. If you disable field the current date is selected.
  1. Click OK. The History Report displays.
  2. Click Print to print the report or OK to close the report.
You can click the ID to display details for the selected milestone (see Viewing a Milestone Runtime Information). From the Milestone screen displayed you can display the properties of the associated process.

The report specifies:

1. The item for which the report was generated Test Milestone in the example shown).
2. The ID assigned to the report.
3. The Category
4. The date and time the report was created.
5. This information is displayed for each milestone in the report:

Field

Description

Icon

Icon indicating the current milestone status.

ID

The ID number assigned to the milestone.

You can click the ID to display the Milestone dialog with additional information on the selected milestone.

Status

The current milestone status.

Date

The date the milestone was last met.

Time

The time the milestone was last met.
