Definition Report

This table describes column properties specific to the Definition Report:

Field	Description
ID	Assigned ID number for the item (e.g. Event ID).
UID	Unique system ID associated with the item.
Name	Item name (e.g. Variable Name).
Type	Item type (e.g. Report, Task, Variable, Alert, etc...)
Modified	Date and time the item was last modified.
Folder ID	Folder ID where the item (e.g. Dependency) resides.
Folder Name	Folder name where the item (e.g. Dependency) resides.
Full Folder Name	Full pathname of the folder where the definition resides.
Owner ID	ID of the user who owns the item (e.g. Process Owner).
Owner Name	Name of the user that owns the item (e.g. Process Owner).
Enabled	Indicates whether the item (e.g. dependency) is enabled.
Description	Content of the log file.
Description (new row)	Content of the log file, which will display in the View PDF and View HTML options.
Is Referenced	Indicates if the definition is referenced by another item.
