Production Dashboard

The Production dashboard of the Dashboard tab provides production statistics for the current day. It is the first page displayed when you login into the Web Client.

The Production dashboard is composed of these charts:

Forecasted Processes Completion

The Forecasted Processes Completion chart shows, for any given period, what percentage of forecasted processes are completed for the current production day. In addition, the historical completion percentages are shown to give a baseline for the current day. The historical completion percentages are calculated based on the last four weeks of the same weekday. You can point to the chart to know the percentage at each level.

Label	Description
Historical	The last four weeks average of the same day forecasted processes completion percentage.
Current	The current day forecasted processes completion percentage.
Click the label in the legend to show/hide it in the chart.

Process Throughput

The Process Throughput chart shows the number of processes that started, completed, or erred by hour of the day.

Label	Description
Started	The number of process that started during the specific period.
Complete	The number of process that completed during the specific period.
Erred	The number of process that erred and ended abnormally during the specific period.
Click the label in the legend to show/hide it in the chart.

Process Status Summary

The Process Status Summary chart shows process counts, by status, for the current production day, as well as processes rolled over from previous day(s) that were not completed. Click a label to display the specific processes in a separate screen. Also, point to a color in the chart to separate its portion for a clear view, and display its value.

Label	Description
Complete	The number of completed processes.
Active	The number of active processes.
Waiting	The number of processes on hold, deferred, and waiting on resources.
Erred	The number of erred and abnormal processes.
Scheduled	The number of scheduled processes.
Cancelled	The number of cancelled processes.

Processes by Source

The Processes by Source chart shows the process counts by the source of the process creation. Click a label to display the specific processes in a separate screen.

Label	Description
Forcasted Processes	The number of processes that are forecasted.
Non-forecasted Processes	The number of processes that are not forecasted.
Event Driven Processes	The number of processes that are executed by the event(s).
Ad hoc	The number of processes that are executed manually.

Milestones

The Milestones chart groups all milestones by their current status and shows its counts. Click a label to display the specific milestones in a separate screen.

Label	Description
Normal	The number of milestones that have a normal condition.
Met	The number of milestones met the conditions.
Missed	The number of milestones missed to meet the conditions.
At Risk	The number of milestones are at risk.

Alerts

The Alerts shows the counts of all the open alerts by its level. Click a label to display the specific alerts in a separate screen.

Label	Description
Information	The number of informational alerts.
Warning	The number of warning alerts.
Error	The number of error alerts.
System	The number of system alerts (non-user defined alerts).

Agents

The Agents chart shows the counts of all the agents by its status. Click a label to display the specific agents in a separate screen.

Label	Description
<total number of agents> agents of <n> enabled	The number of agents enabled among the total available agents.
<n> agents connected	The number of connected agents.
<n> agents disconnected	The number of disconnected agents.
<n> agents unhealthy	The number of connected agents with unhealthy service(s).
