ASG-Zenith Portal (On-Premises) is server based web application that you can install and implement within your enterprise environment to deploy and manage apps that are designed using ASG-Studio for various ASG-Zenith digital automation platform services.

ASG-Zenith Presentation Services

Provides the ability to deploy and manage the apps, and distribute them in an omni-channel manner.

ASG-Zenith Process Services

Provides the ability to deploy and manage the apps, monitor business processes and define process apps that can help the enterprises to automate, study and improve their business processes.

ASG-Zenith Robotic Services

Provide the ability to deploy, manage and monitor robots that mimic human participants for specific enterprise use cases. This helps the enterprises remove human involvement in routine, repetitive, error prone tasks and replace them with bots.


Key Features

ASG-Zenith Portal (On-Premises) introduces the following key features that enables the enterprise organizations deploy and manage the applications which are designed using ASG-Studio.

User Management

Allows connection to Identity Providers. The organization administrators can create Identity Providers and connect to an Active Directory (Azure), or to a custom databases to fetch the users. The organization administrator can map these users with organization administrator and/or context administrator role.

Role Management

Allows to deliver the content by roles. The organization administrators create enterprise roles. The context administrators will then map the app roles to enterprise roles.

Context Management

Allows organization administrators to create contexts for application deployment and assign the context administrators. Contexts will be accessed by context administrator to deploy the app packages. The context administrators can decide which applications can be accessed by which enterprise roles and which role should be assigned to which user.

Application Management

Allows context administrators to deploy app packages which will convert into applications. Each application can have multiple versions uploaded. The administrators can deploy variety of applications such as micro apps, process apps, attended and unattended bots. Micro applications refer to applications that do not have a process back-end.

Process Monitor

Helps to evaluate business activities and their alignment towards business goals. The context administrators can analyze process instances and re-trigger/re-assign activities.

Bot Monitor

Helps to capture the metrics and monitor the deployment and execution of bots.

User Interface

ASG-Zenith Portal (On-Premises) user interface provides access to various features based the user role. You can login with one of the following user and access the applicable features to the corresponding role:

Organization Administrator

The organization administrators can create identity providers, create the context and assign the context administrators who can deploy, manage and monitor the apps.


Context Administrator

The context administrators can deploy the apps and assign them to the enterprise users who can execute the apps to perform their specific tasks. They can also execute the robots in unattended manner.


Application User

The application users can execute the apps that are assigned to them and also execute the robots in attended manner.


Attended Bot Users

The attended bot users manually trigger and direct an RPA bot execution to automate tasks as needed and at any time on their local computer.
