What's new

Feature Description
Pages
  • You can now embed portal forms into pages. When selecting App view in the page editor toolbar, forms will be listed together with app views in the app library.
  • You can configure page visibility to make pages accessible to all users in the space, restricted to users with certain roles, or public. For public pages, a link is generated to provide access to anyone, including users without credentials.
  • It is possible to modify page width to fit your needs.
  • New formatting options are available for page edition. You can now change text color by selecting from a set of predefined colors, underline text, and change text alignment to left, right, center or justified.
Forms
  • In the Form management section, selecting a form displays a form summary that shows a form preview and all user submissions. This allows administrators to quickly collect form data without the need to download the CSV file.
  • The form summary integrates the Mobius View component to open attachments directly from the Submissions tab. Administrators don't need to navigate to Mobius View or download the file to see form attachments.
Surveys
  • In the Survey management section, selecting a survey displays a survey summary that shows user responses and other relevant information like percentages and average values. This allows administrators to quickly analyze user feedback without the need to download the CSV file.
  • A new option is available to limit survey responses to one per user. By default, surveys can be responded multiple times by the same user.

Robotic Services
  • The Bot Execution Dashboard for executing attended bots now communicates with ASG-Zenith Portal to retrieve the list of enabled apps with bots. Instead of importing the bot file, now you can select the app from the drop-down list and fetch all bots in it.
    To execute an attended bot created in previous versions, go to ASG-Studio and create an app package containing the bot. Then upload the app package to ASG-Zenith Portal.
  • The port number used to connect the Bot Engine with ASG-Zenith Portal has changed. The port configured by default is 8521.
  • New RPA Management links are available in the ASG-Zenith Portal left menu to access the Bot Monitor, Bot Central and Vault Manager tools.
  • In remote node configuration from Bot Central, the protocol to be used for remote machine IP addresses must be HTTP instead of HTTPS.
Process Monitor A new Process Monitor link has been added to the ASG-Zenith Portal left menu to access the process monitoring tool.

The side bar behavior has been modified to improve the user experience when hovering over it.

Inbox
  • In inbox notifications that have been configured in ASG-Studio using a custom form, default values and required fields are now displayed. Moreover, form validation has been implemented.
  • When working on an inbox notification and moving to another section without saving changes, these are not lost. If the user switches to another inbox notification without saving changes, a warning message is shown.
Repository Services External users as well as corporate users can store documents in Mobius repositories, provided that Repository Services has been enabled for them in the Mobius Admin tool.

Known issues

Feature Description
Inbox
  • Issue: In inbox notifications that are directly received in the Completed tab (i.e. notifications with no pending tasks), users are not be able to open attachments using the Mobius Document Viewer.

    Workaround: Set all notifications to pending status, since attachments can be opened from the Pending tab.

  • Issue: When using the Portal mobile app in iOS, UI models can't be displayed in inbox notifications if the app view doesn't have any role assigned.

    Workaround: Assign an app role to the app view in ASG-Studio, then upload the app package to ASG-Zenith Portal and map the app role to a portal role.

Apps Issue: After clearing the browser cache memory, if the user goes to the Apps section and tries to open an app, the UI of the selected app is not loaded.

Workaround: The user needs to close and reopen the app. Any subsequent apps launched by the user will load properly.

Repository Services Issue: If the user opens an inbox or form attachment in the Document Viewer, and tries to download it after 5 minutes or more, an authorization error is displayed and the file can't be downloaded. This occurs because the token has expired.

Workaround: The user needs to close and reopen the file to get a new token.

Known limitations

Feature Description
Decision Services Portal administrator users that have not been assigned the ROOT role in the Policy Management tool are allowed to delete apps with decision models. Users that have not been added to the ROOT role should not be able to upload apps with decision models nor delete them.

Repository Services
  • A 500 error is displayed when a user tries to open a .docx file that has been attached to a form and stored in Mobius.
  • When downloading an image with annotations from the Document Viewer, the image file gets corrupted and can't be opened.
