ServiceNow

ServiceNow tasks provide an interface to ServiceNow IT Service Management software, which enables users to create a incident, problem, epic, story, enhancement or defect in ServiceNow. The ServiceNow task uses a ServiceNow schema defined in entity schemas to populate the ServiceNow fields required to create a ServiceNow issue.
