Create Project

The first step to design app in ASG-Studio, is creating a project. Project is a place holder for all the required resources to design your apps. Create a separate project for each app that you design in ASG-Studio and add datasource, UI model, process model, decision model, RPA model and app roles as required.

Perform the following steps to create a project:

  1. Launch ASG-Studio.
  2. On the Projects screen, click ADD. If you are creating your first project, click Create Now.
  3. Enter a name for the project in the Name field.
    4. The project name can contain only alphanumeric characters. The name can start only with a letter. The name cannot contain special characters. The maximum length of the name is limited to 30 characters.
  4. Click Save.

    5. The project is created. Double click the project name or click Open from the context menu, and create the required resources such as datasource, app roles, queues, UI model, decision model, process model, and RPA model to design your app.

    You can reuse the projects by exporting from one environment and importing into another environment.

    You can export your projects and import into a different ASG-Studio version or share with other designers to reuse your application.
